The two established players and Inspiralia Group companies, m27 Finance and M27 Fedas are merging to form Inspiralia GmbH. The merge marks the culmination process of their cooperation with Inspiralia S.L, which started in 2015. Both funding and financing experts have already been active in the Austrian market for 25 years. Through the now completed merger, know-how and experience values are bundled both on a national and international level, and offers and services for customers are thus further expanded.

Inspiralia GmbH’s responsibility within the Group lies in the DACH region. With already a very strong presence in its home market Austria, multiple projects in Switzerland and Germany have been succesfully completed in the last years. Additionally, the merge enables Inspiralia GmbH to provide the best possible support to companies of all sizes and with a wide range of needs – from start-ups, scale-ups, and unicorns to SMEs, corporate groups, and global market leaders.

Inspiralia’s objective in te region is to offer companies comprehensive assistance in the domestic funding jungle, from reviewing possible financing instruments and developing an adequate financing strategy to applying for funding, giving their clients the  360-degree premium service they deserve. To enhance its offer in each country, Inspiralia GmbH has created separate websites for the different countries of the DACH region. Each website has relevant information about its services in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
