2018 Inspiralia Shareholders Meeting

Since Inspiralia decided to separate from PERA Consulting and go its own way back in 2005 (in 2005 Inspiralia was created and became independent in 2012), the number of shareholders has slowly been increasing and almost every year we keep adding to the previous number. it’s one of the ways to give back to the employees that have been with the company for a certain period of time and show gratitude for their efforts and engagement.
The company has obviously gone through many changes since the start that have left its marks on the business and helped us to maintain a healthy level of constant renovation. Still, this year’s meeting was a bit special due to the recent acquisition of Cambridge (UK) based FEN Technology, and all that it implies for our customers and employees.

As an additional input, the shareholders represent the DNA of the business and for Inspiralia it continues to be of great importance that we all strive towards the same goal. Much has happened in that sense, especially since last year when the company renovated its value ground.
