As one of the key strategic goals of Inspiralia, we have recently started a digital transformation program of our core – the value proposition, people, processes, and technologies that are the lifeblood of the business – with the commitment to reinventing our customer journeys rather than just improve them.
Lead by Héctor Morán, our Business Systems & Quality Assurance Manager, we have taken forward a series of innovative initiatives in order to deliver the desired changes, many of them through an ecosystem of partners.
One of the initiatives already deployed has been the introduction of the digital signature for customer NDAs and employee contracts in collaboration with DocuSign, enabling documents being signed with one click from any device, while the whole process is being tracked by our CRM system and with a 360º customer view.
This month, Héctor has been nominated for “Digital Hero” by DocuSign for his successful work on integrating their solution to facilitate a digital environment as well as the currently ongoing process of incorporating customer contracts in the digitalization roll-out.
