A series of conferences and performances featuring the latest design trends
Fashion school Hacer Creativo and Ibercaja Foundation launch CONFLUENCES, a series of conferences and performances made by fashion designers, photographers and stylists where they present contemporary fashion trends. These events will host live activities revolving around several multidisciplinary fashion styles blending fashion, photography, dancing and live performance. The season lasts from January to May and they will host a monthly event, starting today January 31.
Ela Fidalgo, Best Designer Award winner at Samsung EGO 2016, and finalist at the prestigious Hyères Fashion Festival, is the protagonist of the first session of the Confluences cycle. Current fashion + photography + performance + dance that Fundación Ibercaja organizes in Patio de la Infanta in Zaragoza, Spain, in collaboration with Hacer Creativo Fashion School.
In the conference-performance, the designer exhibits Earthwork, her latest collection composed of garments with more than 400 hours of elaboration. She talks about the creation process, recycled materials, and her experience in international catwalks. The public will see her finish a painting, showing her multidisciplinary background.
