Diversity and inclusion 2017 figures

Closing the Global Diversity Awareness Month with our commitment

October is Global Diversity Awareness Month and Inspiralia Group is proud to show its commitment to diversity and inclusion. We see the value in operating with greater cross-cultural understanding in an inclusive environment and feel the diversity of our workforce is one of our major strengths as a business.

Diversity as a top Priority

According to Deloitte’s 2017 Global Human Capital Trends, in today’s political, economic, and global business environment, diversity has become increasingly important. The results show that the number of executives who cited inclusion as a top priority has risen 32 percent from the Human Capital Trends 2014 survey. In the last three years, the percentage of companies that rate themselves excellent at gender diversity went up by 72 percent.

48 percent of companies consider themselves adequate at focusing on global cultural diversity, and 69 percent of companies consider themselves adequate or excellent at supporting a variety of family models in the workforce.

However, the concern about diversity has risen in the last years. Here is a map that shows how citizens ponder its importance:

At Inspiralia, the base of our growth and success are our strong company values. We care about our people and respect others. Diversity is part of our DNA. We are a corporation that operates internationally, and we understand that our strength comes from putting together different ways of thinking and working. This translates into a company that values inclusion above all. We are glad about working with women and men of many nationalities, cultures, religions, sexual orientations, and professional backgrounds, among many other differences.

Here are some general figures regarding nationalities, gender balance and age at our organisation:
