Back to business for the Fast Track to Innovation

Fast Track to Innovation is exiting the 2016 pilot phase and is as of 2018 coming back in the form of an extensive program offering a maximum EU contribution of €3M per proposal.

The FTI instrument is an initiative promoting industry-driven innovations seeking for the last development push to uptake the market. Targeting especially mature solutions looking for partners to rapidly scale up, it is set out to stimulate the participation of first-time applicants.

Fast Track to Innovation along with the SME Instrument will as of January 2018 become the central part of the European Innovation Council (EIC) pilot with the aim of targeting radically new, breakthrough products, services, processes or business models that open up new markets.

The idea of this comeback is to take the FTI Instrument to the next level, resulting in benefits for the European innovation ecosystem beyond its previous reach.

With the first proposal deadline scheduled already in February 2018, it’s high time to start preparing. Get in touch with us and find out how we can help your company.
